I would like to see a security class that has strong encryption, decryption, hashing, and compression. Are these on the horizon? I think your tool is great. As long as your tool is alive, I do not have to purchase a second development tool from M$.

Hello,
Well, I have thought about it, but really those areas are very alien to me. To implement the .NET equivalent would take me a very long time. It would be better to collaborate with someone that has experience in such areas. So I can't see myself doing this in the foreseeable future.

Kenaso: The dotNet Express versions are free for life and there are no license restrictions on them.
Kelly: I would like to see some implimentation of System.Net.Sockets System.Drawing (using the GDI+ libs) System.Diagnostics (I only care about .Process & FileVersionInfo class) System.Xml

Hello,
Well I have begun implementing cryptography classes, so that will give the library a large boost.
As for the other namespaces, those are ones I'd also like to implement. However, all of those are in different dll's, so won't be part of VBCorLib. I have implemented a tiny bit of the System.dll as VBSystem.dll. That library will include the sockets.
So I'm sure good things are on the horizon. It just takes time.
Thanks, Kelly

PSCode has some GDI+ TLB source I think for implimentation in that. I wouldn't mind taking a crack at getting something started for VBSystemDrawing.dll ...
