The Environment.GetCommandLineArgs (Or anything using command line) is pulling back the current processes command line. Normally this is not an issue. It is how ever, bad when you're running in the IDE as the current process is the VB6.EXE. Therefor I cannot test any code that uses the command line in the IDE

Ya, that's a drawback with getting the command line argument in a DLL. You can't actually get them using Command, so I had to resort to the API. And the API doesn't care about the IDE.

And on that note, how's the graphics library coming? Getting some cool stuff done?

I haven't done much on it lately, nor my personal project using your lib. I've been busy purchasing a house (which is to close today or tomorrow) and doing work and being sick etc. I haven't forgotten about it though I stole your command line parsing code and created a wrapper that allowed me to send a string to it and parse in the same manner your lib and .net parses command lines. I would suggest that the same addition be made to the command line class or object that allows you to parse a string in the same manner. This way I can detect if the debugger is attached and pass in Command$ Sorry for not being around

A house? Congrats! I can see why you'd be working on that instead ;D In what parts of the world are you?
I will definitely implement your suggestion of making the command line parsing routine available through the Environment class, great idea!

I'm in Washington State of USA. I'm glad you liked the idea I'm glad you continue to monitor the forums though there is a lack of posting. I have this puppy bookmarked so I'll always be around

I saw you put the addition to the command line parser to pass in your own string and get back the array, this is great thanks!!!

Hmm I actually have a bug with that. Environment.ParseCommandLineArgs seems to strip out all \ characters.
