Hi,
I'm sure this is incredibly simple but my brain can't figure it out.
I want to set my common dialog box to open to the user's desktop.
I have VB6 referencing VBCorLib. And my statement is: dlgOpenFile.InitDir=GetFolderPath(&H0)
My error: Compile Error. Method or data member not found.
What am I missing?
Thanks for your time.
Bruce

Hello Bruce,
The GetFolderPath works the same as in Dot Net. You access it through the Environment class like so:
dlgOpenFile.InitDir = Environment.GetFolderPath(Desktop)
I replaced your "&H0" with the enum of the same value.
I hope this helps, Kelly
