I like to ask you something about BinaryWriter Class. Will the binary file generated by using BrnaryWriter of VBCorLib and the file generated from .NET (System.IO.BinaryWriter) be the same?

Yes, VBCorLib uses the same binary formatting as .NET, including the Decimal datatype.
However, since .net supports 64bit integer values, the only thing that VBCorLib can use is Currency. A .NET Long of 1 will be a VB Currency of 0.0001 so you'll have to apply any scaling necessary.
